Refund Policy for THE DRM LAB's Products
At THE DRM LAB, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 90 days of receiving them.
Return Policy
You may return any eligible product within 90 days of receiving it. To ensure a smooth return process:
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (such as your receipt or order confirmation) is required
- You must contact our customer service team at support@thedrmlab.com to request a return authorization and receive the correct return address
Please note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be shipped to our facility in Italy—the address will be provided by our support team upon request.
Important: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We aim to process refunds promptly. Here’s how it works:
- Return Inspection: Once we receive your returned product, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
- Approval Notification: If approved, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
- Refund Timing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method, but please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account.
Damages and Issues
We strive to deliver your products in perfect condition. Please inspect your items upon arrival. If your products arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@thedrmlab.com, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
Exchanges
Looking to exchange for a different item? Simply return your product as described above and place a new order once your return is approved.
